Kimberly Eberwine is currently Senior Counsel for Procter & Gamble’s North America Fabric Care business, working with iconic brands like Tide, Gain, Downy, and Unstopables.  She regularly advises on strategic initiatives, advertising and education campaigns, and regulatory compliance.  Kimberly represented P&G in the development and drafting of the ASTM voluntary safety standard for liquid laundry detergent packets, and she continues to work closely with regulatory agencies, consumer advocates, and other manufacturers on the ongoing roundtable series.  Previously, she advised P&G’s personal healthcare businesses on advertising and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining P&G, Kimberly was an associate at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP (now Squire Patton Boggs), where she worked primarily on private equity, securities, labour & employment, and other corporate matters. 

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Miami University, and graduated summa cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
