Katie Greenwood is the Director of the Risk Assessment Bureau of Health Canada’s Consumer Product Safety Directorate (CPSD) where she is responsible for information and data management including mandatory incident reporting and cosmetic notification; triage; surveillance and monitoring; risk assessment; and management of the Product Safety Laboratory. 

Katie has 20 years of experience in the Government of Canada’s Health Portfolio, encompassing food safety, pharmaceuticals and controlled drugs, industrial hemp, toxicology, and strategic policy.

She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University.
