As Executive Director, Global Product Safety, Quality and Compliance, Toys“R”Us, Inc., Jennifer Bohaty-Yelle oversees the company’s global product safety, quality assurance and compliance operations in 38 countries and jurisdictions in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. She is responsible for the development and implementation of global product safety standards, in addition to quality and compliance policies, which support private label and vendor-branded partners. Ms. Bohaty-Yelle also leads various global social compliance operations, which include setting ethical standards for private label factories, quality management system standards, global product test programs, quality control and inspection procedures, recall procedures and mandatory reporting programs, as well as factory evaluations and assessments. In addition, she manages the company’s relationships among third-party testing agencies and inspection facilities.
