Francis Yuk, Senior Vice President of Center Testing International (CTI) with 30 plus years veteran of consumer product manufacturing, retail sourcing, quality assurance and laboratory testing with various international organizations. Much of his career involved direct dealings and experiences with the National and Provincial Chinese officials that regulate and enforce Chinese consumer product safety laws. Francis was educated in Hong Kong, UK and USA in 1960 and 70s. He speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese and has travelled to over 50 countries in relateion to consumer product evaluations.
