Dr. Raymond  Lui is currently the Global Service Line Manager of Non-Food Chemical Laboratories in Product Service Division and concurrently appointed as the Vice President of Global Business Line manager, Toys and Children’s products in Product Service Division.  His key responsibilities are to manage and to grow the business line for the retail sector.

Dr. Lui has in-depth knowledge in the field of materials science. His 20 years of experiences covers a broad range of interrelated topics with a strong research focus on fabrication and characterization of exotic materials.
