Ben Kornblet is a Regulatory Affairs Manager in UL’s Consumer and Retail Services division where he leads a team that advises clients on how legislative and regulatory activity might impact a client’s supply chain. Prior to joining UL in 2015, Mr. Kornblet was the Principal of BKC Group where he provided regulatory and business consulting services to clients with interests in the regulatory developments at the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the Food and Drug Administration. In total, he has spent 15 years in Washington working on legislative and regulatory policy on a variety of issues including product safety and the environment. Most recently, he co-authored UL’s White Paper Emerging Technologies: Anticipating the Impact of 3D Printing on the Toy Industry.
Mr. Kornblet holds a BA from Tulane University, a JD from Syracuse University and a Master in Public Administration from Syracuse’s Maxwell School of Public Citizenship.
