S. Mike Gentine serves Polaris Industries, Inc., as its Regulatory Affairs Attorney, both providing internal clients with guidance regarding the company’s regulatory and product safety obligations and representing the company before CPSC and other agencies globally. Mike also serves as a Polaris representative to a variety of trade associations and other groups and as a speaker at events like ICPHSO and DRI. Prior to joining Polaris, Mike served two former CPSC Commissioners, the Honorable Nancy Nord and the Honorable Joe Mohorovic, and was in private practice in health care law. A member of the Maryland bar, he holds his JD from the George Washington University Law School, a Master’s degree in Communications from Florida State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in History, also from Florida State. A Texas native – Go ‘stros! – he currently resides in the Minneapolis area with his wife, Caitlin, and their children Myles and Eleanor.
