Mark S. Fellin serves as the Worldwide Regulatory Intelligence Manager for Amazon Global Trade Services. Mark is responsible for leading the development, promotion, and implementation of regulatory policies for Amazon Direct Imports.

Prior to joining Amazon, Fellin served as the Director of Regulatory and Legislative Affairs for the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA). During his time with JPMA, Mark worked closely with JPMA executive staff, coalition partners, and federal and state government agencies to develop, execute and advance the industry’s annual regulatory agenda. Fellin’s government career spans appointments with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) where he worked as the public affairs and legislative specialist under Commissioner Anne M. Northup and in the U.S. Senate where he served as a legislative correspondent for Senator Richard M. Burr.

During the course of his career, Mr. Fellin has testified before the U.S. House of Representatives and lobbied in over 10 state capitols.

Mr. Fellin received his Bachelor’s of Arts in Politics and Theology and Religious Studies from the Catholic University of America in 2007. He holds a graduate certificate in Product Safety Management from St. Louis University and received his Master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University.

Mark lives in Seattle, WA with his wife and son.
