John A. Rupp is a Senior Associate General Counsel with Textron Inc., overseeing litigation and product regulatory compliance for multi-national Textron businesses.  John attended Illinois State University, went on to receive his MBA from the University of Chicago, and earned his JD at DePaul University in Chicago.  John is a former Chairman of the Product Liability Advisory Council.  He also served in the United States Army from 1968-1970.
