Hear updates on the activities of the CPSC's Office of Hazard Identification and Reduction (oversees all CPSC technical offices and staff).  Also hear information on CPSC's saferproducts.gov business portal, including how to register a business, make an update to an existing entry, and how to receive and respond to consumer product safety incidents through the business portal.  After the session, CPSC staff will be available at the ICPHSO Registration Desk to help register firms on the spot as well as help firns with any needed updates to their business entry.
